Goshen High School was ranked No. 2 in Clermont County and in the top nine percent in Ohio, according to U.S. News and World Report’s annual ranking of all high schools in the United States. GHS was also ranked 23rd in the Cincinnati Metro area, just behind Lakota East High School located in Butler County. To formulate its rankings, the magazine uses criteria such as graduation rate, college readiness, the breadth of college prep curriculum, performance on state assessments and other measures. ​Just like that, it's time to get ready for Goshen Local Schools Homecoming 2023! Spirit Week begins on Monday Sept. 4 with the Powder Puff game and ends with the Homecoming football game (Sept. 8) and dance (Sept. 9.) Orientation isn't just for new students -- it's for new Goshen teachers too! Nine new educators were welcomed to the district yesterday with lunch, a meet-and-greet with district leaders and a van tour of our school campuses and district. Welcome to Goshen!

We're excited to see our Goshen High School students and families at our open house on Monday, Aug. 14 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. This open house is typically for freshmen and students who are new to Goshen. Class schedules for all students will be available in Google Classroom/ProgressBook on Aug. 11.

Have you seen the signs? Several yard signs are popping up in some Goshen High School students' yards after 18 students earned a perfect 5 on their Advanced Placement exams. The scores were just released and 28 AP exams received score of a 5 during the 2022-23 school year. Students who earned these top scores -- some on multiple tests -- were honored with a surprise visit from the GHS staff who delivered an #APWarriorUp to celebrate their success. Overall, GHS had 137 passing scores of a 3, 4, or 5 on AP Exams. Scores of 3 or above on AP exams often counts as college credit in the tested subject.
